War Poetry Map Project was born from a vision of an interactive educational tool that will help show the world that conflict and art are inextricably linked. That out of the violence and destruction of war can come beauty. This an interactive map of war poetry, allowing people to experience the poetry of conflict in a new way. Move your way around the map, find the area of conflict that interests you, click on the icons to read poems written about the conflicts in those places or poems about conflict written from those places.
